Apparently if i don't replace the photgraph on my driving licence i will be breaking the law!

I don't want to change my photo, my photo is fine, i look like Myra Hindley and i'm happy with that.

Every ten years you are legally required to change your image which is fine EXCEPT the cost of doing this is £20

how dare they? how can they justify £20? never mind the exhorbitant fee of having said photo taken where i'm not allowed to smile and i will just look like Myra hindley again anyway so what is the point?
